About this project
California Cichlids is a premier provider of high-quality aquatic food, specialized feeds, and premium livestock. The objective of this project was to revamp their online storefront into a modern, highly responsive e-commerce experience. Built on WordPress and powered by WooCommerce, the platform leverages custom PHP and optimized MySQL databases to handle complex product variations. The user interface was meticulously crafted using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to deliver an intuitive shopping experience, featuring tailored shipping rules crucial for the safe and timely delivery of perishable aquatic nutrition products.
